The Detailed Stipulations
SELECT COMFORT RETAIL CORPORATION serves as a bridge for global commerce. When you sign a transport order, you're entering a partnership of mutual responsibility. We're not just moving boxes; we're moving your business's reputation.
1. Acceptance of Cargo
We reserve the right to refuse hazardous materials or improperly packaged freight. Our team inspects every shipment at point of intake. If it's not safe, it doesn't move. Simple as that.
2. Force Majeure
What happens when the unpredictable occurs? Acts of God, strikes, or sudden port closures fall under our Force Majeure clause. We'll communicate daily, but these delays remain beyond our financial liability.
"Our goal isn't just to satisfy the contract, but to ensure your peace of mind throughout the transit lifecycle."
3. Electronic Tracking Verification
While we provide real-time GPS tracking, electronic verification is indicative and does not replace the physical Proof of Delivery (POD) signed at the destination. Have questions about a specific route? Don't hesitate to contact our Arizona headquarters.
