We handle every pallet with extreme care, yet global logistics carries inherent risks. Our liability is determined by standard CMR conventions for road transit and Bill of Lading terms for maritime freight.

Note: High-value cargo may requires additional insurance coverage under our premium tiering.

Storage Policies

Warehouse Management

Goods stored at our Tempe facility or partner hubs are subject to daily storage tallies. Long-term warehousing agreements are renewable every 90 days. We don't just store; we safeguard your future stock.

Transit Stipulations

Delivery windows are estimated. Weather, customs, and global disruptions happen. We commit to transparency, but not to the impossible.

Payment Milestones

Standard terms are Net 30. Late arrivals don't void transit fees unless a specific time-critical guarantee was purchased.

3. Electronic Tracking Verification
